Eric J. Theesfeld studied sports medicine at Marywood University before moving to Philadelphia where he started his career in Arboriculture.  After five years of working in many capacities from climbing to integrated pest management, Eric left the tree industry to begin a new path as a bicycle mechanic.  This change prompted a move out of the city back to his roots and the Montgomery County countryside.  Eric never stopped climbing whether it be for fun or helping a friend clear land for a barn.  People close to him say that he is happiest while up in a tree and he is thrilled to be able to do this work every day.  In his spare time Eric is an avid, bordering on addicted, fly fisherman.  He also enjoys mountain biking, camping, skiing and snowboarding.  In 2009 he and his long-time girlfriend started Rambler Farms, growing organic garlic and soon blueberries, shallots and onions.
